Our Slack integration allows you to stay on top of your demo analytics directly within Slack.

To get started, navigate to the Integrations page and follow the instructions below.

Head to integrations

Open up the integrations page from the dashboard.

Click on Slack

Find the Salesforce card on the page and hit the Connect button.

Connect Slack to Lancey

You’ll see an option to select your Slack account. Hit the Confirm button.

Setup Slack channels

Once the Slack integration is connected, all that’s left is to toggle the Send leads to Slack option and select the channel you want get notified in.

For this step, we recommend creating a new public channel where you want Lancey to notify you and add your team members.

Once the integration is setup, you’ll start seeing notifications in the selected Slack channel.
